Terminull Brigade is a new free co-op action game headed to PS5, and it’s a great option for players who need a break from PvP. The game launches December 7, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET, and you do not need PlayStation Plus to play it.
A Fresh Co-Op Experience
Terminull Brigade drops players into the Nullverse, a digital world filled with fast action and shifting levels. Each mission changes, so nothing feels the same twice.
You choose from several Rogueteers, each with their own style and role. You can run missions alone, but the game is clearly built for co-op. The pace is quick. The enemy waves hit hard. Teamwork matters.
Designed for Replay

The roguelike setup gives the game a strong loop. Levels shift. Loot rotates. Enemies mix up each run.
This keeps the game from feeling repetitive, which is exactly what many players want right now. Terminull Brigade also launched on PC earlier this year, so PS5 players get a smoother version on day one.
Season 2 Arrives With the PS5 Launch

The PlayStation release lines up with Season 2: Rebirth – Code Invasion. The update brings new Rogueteers (characters), weapons, and an Exploration Mode.
There is also an Evangelion crossover that adds extra style to the game’s world.
A Good Break From PvP
- It’s free.
- No PS Plus needed.
- Co-op is the focus, not competition.
- New Run, new game for a rogue experience.
Terminull Brigade looks like a fun pick for PS5 players who just want to squad up, relax, and enjoy some quick co-op action. Since it first release on Steam back in July, with it new venture on to the PS5 there is no word yet on cross play, cross save nor cross progression.
If there are any updates, we got you as it develops. For right now what can you lose on a full free to play experience, so add to your wish list now and have fun with friends with no sweat.
